    I purchased a gift for my grandson, Tyler for Christmas and he just received it. It was for Seatstir and needed to be activated within 30 days. The 30 days are up. Is there anything that can be done to activate it so he can use it or is it just gone? The voucher # is108396 for Tyler Bohinc.

    I purchased 4 vouchers for the high roller.  I had trouble accessing the vouchers and asked them to be emailed to me.  They were, but when I tried to save as PDFs and then print, part of the SKU was cut off.  I tried to go back and redo, and I got weird inscriptions and am unable to get my vouchers.

    I purchased two tickets and all I want to do is print the vouchers and after spending over two hours on this, I have not been able to.  I'm in my account and yet do not see how or where I may print.  This is my tenth request.

     

    How may I do this.  I keep getting weird inscriptions as well.

     

    What is going on????? 

     

    Please HELP me.
